Notification frequency: How often they appear

Notification frequency is controlled by global settings, with a default of every 5 seconds. You can adjust the interval between notifications and how long each one displays. Multiple campaigns rotate based on priority.

Notification frequency is controlled by global settings. Default is every 5 seconds. You can adjust this in Settings. Each notification displays for 5 seconds by default.

Notification Timing Settings

How It Works

1. Visitor lands on page
   ↓
2. Wait 5 seconds (initial delay)
   ↓
3. First notification appears
   ↓
4. Notification shows for 5 seconds
   ↓
5. Wait 5 seconds (interval)
   ↓
6. Next notification appears
   ↓
7. Repeat cycle

Best Practices

Frequency	Result	Recommendation
Too frequent (every 2 seconds)	Can be annoying, feels spammy	❌ Avoid
Too slow (every 15 seconds)	Visitors may miss notifications	❌ Avoid
Recommended (5-8 seconds)	Good balance	✅ Use this
Display time (5 seconds)	Good for reading	✅ Keep default

Multiple Campaigns

If multiple campaigns are Live: They rotate based on priority
Higher priority campaigns show first
Interval applies to all campaigns combined
